Our Affiliate comes from humble beginnings. We welcome everyone to come and enjoy the benefits of CrossFit. Based in East End Glasgow, and part of the global community of CrossFit

The world was thrown into chaos during the pandemic, and caused a ripple in all of our lives that wasn’t expected. We have seen the issues and distress it caused, and what needs to be done to help the community take control of their health and wellbeing, now more than ever.

This is why we created CrossFit Astraea.

Within 2 years, our small classes set in a 1000 sq foot room with just some kettlebells and medicine balls, has now expanded into a recognised CrossFit Affiliate which hosts state of the art equipment, with tailored programming designed with forging elite humans. We ensure that our place is for everyone, we never abandon anyone. We recognise everyone has a beginning in their fitness journey.
